so I can understand how it was a little
0:02
bit surprising to Maverick and honestly
0:04
I think Maverick goes into fights
0:06
usually having a strength advantage mhm
0:09
and it didn't really work for her this
0:10
time and that's the other thing when
0:12
you're training with people uh you fight
0:14
at the same weight class but you don't
0:15
always walk at the same weight class
0:17
there are like girl there are girls who
0:21
I see that I fought and I'm like who's
0:23
that all the time who's that guy you
0:27
know all the time i'm like "What do you
0:29
walk around at?" And they're like "Yo
0:31
you're bigger than my husband what are
0:33
you doing at at 115?" And yeah they're
0:37
used to being like hefty they're used to
0:40
being able to throw around that weight
0:41
in the training room and then when you
0:44
make weight it equalizes it yes you can
0:46
put on more weight than you know a a
0:48
smaller person in the weight class but
0:50
it still equalizes it in a way that can
0:52
be a bit surprising yeah like you're not
0:56
suddenly throwing an extra 20 pounds
0:59
around against this person you're
1:01
fighting it's only like 10 at the most
1:04
like usually like people don't rehydrate
1:06
to more than like I don't know 10 10 12
1:09
if you're a female men men's a little
1:11
bit different yeah you can see it
1:12
sometimes pack that pack that poundage
1:16
on retain the water weight but females
1:18
typically you know it it's going to be
1:21
plus or minus 10 yeah yeah so it's not
1:23
going to be as big of a difference in
1:25
the training
